Kellie Strøm was born in Denmark, raised in Ireland, and now draws and paints in London. He has just completed a Leporello format book for Nobrow, titled Worse Things Happen at Sea, a frieze of sea monsters and doomed sailors down the ages. Kellie is also the author of Sadie the Air Mail Pilot, a children’s book of dangerous flying, and the illustrator of Het zeemans-ABC (A Sailor’s ABC), a Dutch children’s book depicting more dangers of the sea. He cannot swim.
